Courteous excellant stuff, magnificent location within walking distance of all the major landmarks. Breakfast with bacon, cereals. Generally the service was impeccable.

I liked this boutique hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. It was a joy spending time in the big size room with showers and a wonderful breakfast, as example. Food in the affordable restaurant was great.

Spotlessly clean, good value hotel, the location was absolutely perfect close to the centre of town, a nice restaurant and the center of Old Cuenca. Extremely friendly staff of the property. Excellent service and reasonably large rooms with three beds. Had good a mini bar and TV.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. You will be in the heart of the city, close to the main cathedral and town square. From here, you can easily walk to numerous restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The breakfast is another highlight, with a buffet as well as made-to-order options. Finally, the friendly and attentive staff ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacks an elevator, which can be challenging for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The complimentary water and chocolate on arrival was a nice touch, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city center. The room was clean and spacious enough for my needs, and the breakfast had a decent selection of food. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception desk.

My stay was marred by noisy neighbors who kept me up until the early hours of the morning each night. The walls seemed very thin, and I could hear every shout and conversation from the next room.

I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel provided me with an extra room free of charge so I could freshen up before my late flight. The service was truly exceptional, going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.
